Jake Byrd Michael Jackson Movie Premier: Video of the Day

Our fav reporter in the field is back again this week and he's covering what could possibly be the biggest movie since Marley and Me. Who is this reporter and what movie is he covering? Well your gonna have to just keep reading to find out.

Jimmy Kimmel unhooked the leash and let Jake Byrd loose at the Red Carpet Premier of This Is It, some flick about a white female dancer whose is trying to go on tour and make it big in the music industry. Sounds like a modern day Footloose, instead the white female dancer is really a 50 yr old man who is high on every drug a pharmacy could possible prescribe.

That being said this video after a first viewing almost made me feel like Jimmy Kimmel's show is trying to tone Byrd down a notch. It almost seems like they tried to write questions for him to ask. Kinda takes a couple of minutes before it got real funny.

However, after a couple of views, I began to see the hilarity in things I didn't see at first. I mean the guy is wearing a "Lights, Camera, Jackson" tee shirt and he manages to hand the Jackson brothers copies of his personal CD, "This Is It Also". From there he proceeds to ask in Ron Burgandy statement slash question way to Jackie Jackson, "You weren't quite as successful as your brother Michael". Jackie comes back with a classy response, but at that point I'm already on the floor laughing in my apt. Check out the video below us and enjoy the zaniness.
