Cigar Man Throughout History

Cigar Man is quickly becoming the most famous person in the world. But the fact that he's just now becoming famous is a little bewildering to me. See, if you go back through the archives in the history of the past hundred years and you look really, really closely, you'll see that Cigar Man has pretty much been there for just about every important event. You have to look real close though. He's barely there in most of them.
