Apparently someone told this kids mother when she was pregnant that it would be a good idea not to give up her crystal meth habit. That's the only thing that I can think of that would explain this.
This dude actually shoots himself in the arm with a 9mm. We see the gun go off and the wound afterward.
Pregnant women, let this be a lesson to you, give up the crystal meth and just smoke weed like everyone else.
