Dave Chappelle Oregon Standup: Video of the Day

Video of the Day
Hate him or love him, you can't deny the impact Dave Chappelle has and had on comedy.
If you were at Pioneer Courthouse Square in Portland Oregon at hmm say, 12:53 am then you know what I'm talking about (Willis).
Today's Video of the day is a rather long, somewhat rough of the ears video of Dave Chappelle doing a secret comedy show in Oregon. Arriving with only a microphone and small Vox amplifier, Dave Chappelle still managed to have draw a massive crowd. Predictions of 150-200 were crushed when thousands showed up even though the amplifier could only be heard from people standing some what close to Chappelle.
Oregon news described the scene like this:Chappelle seemed surprised by the scene.
"This has never happened in my entire career," he said, to a huge cheer. "I'm grateful everybody came out."
Chappelle did squeeze in some comedy. He compared one guy working on the sound system to Scotty from Star Trek, and took an OPB reporter's microphone and said, "Support Oregon Public Broadcasting." At one point, a woman and two men atop Starbucks began stripping as Chappelle gaped and the crowd cheered and jeered.
By 2 a.m., it was clear the sound system wouldn't go, and Chappelle wound things down. He thanked the crowd and shared a few things he learned, including: "Don't tell a secret in Portland."
A random guy even climbed on stage promising to be back with a better sound system. When he came back, although his system looked better, it failed to work. Shows you how low budget this event was.
Supposedly Chappelle has no profit scheme behind this which makes me think his cash is running low or he just might love what he does. Regardless the scene looked crazy.
