Rhian Sugden Is Ridiculously Hot....when topless

Apparently the British have this whole hot gene pool thingy figured out. While we here in the States are cranking out Cameron Diaz's and Paris Hilton's, there over there creating girls like this.

Rhian has been featured in some newspapers over there, but besides that, her own personal bio is a little bleak. But she does volunteer at an animal hospital and loves all the small animals in the world, even rats.
