Katy Perry in: Cotton Candy Makes Me Dandy

Katy Perry performed this weekend Postbahnhof Arena in Berlin and she proved yet again that she could wear a burlap bag with pictures of bird crap on it and look incredible. In the words of the Nudge, "Cotton Candy makes me Dandy", as he strokes his hairless pet wearing briefs and sipping out of a bedazzled cup. Enjoy.
