Is This The World's First Billion Dollar Yacht?

according to Forbes, if you have a billion dollars burning a whole in your pocket, this little dingy can be yours.  Right now it's just a concept design waiting for some Saudi oil tycoon or NYC pizza shop owner to plunk down the cash so the construction could start.  Indian billionaire Mukesh Ambani spent a cool billion on a 27 room mansion, and now the race is on to see who will lay out that loot for a floating palace.

The yacht is based on the streets of the tiny principality of Monaco:

The 500-foot behemoth is called ‘Streets of Monaco’, and is actually modeled after the European principality, a haven for billionaires. On the top deck will be replicas of famous Monaco landmarks like the Monte Carlo Casino, Hotel de Paris, Cafe de Paris, La Rascasse, and Loews Hotel, as well as a fully functional go-kart circuit based on the Monaco Grand Prix.
