2011 Predications

So 2010 is done. Good. I don't think a year has ever passed with me saying "shit...that was a good year...shame that it's over". EVER. With that...I have some ideas as to what will come about in 2011. I'm not physic...just really really smart (and handsome...just think if Derek Jeter and Brad Pitt had a love child). I'll break them down in categories...


1. The end of reality TV.

And good riddance. Most of us older then 16 can't stand more then 5 minutes of it. American Idol is on the way out, as is Dancing with the Stars, and the Jersey Shore. Look for it to dwindle down to a near stop by the end of the year.

2. Zombies are the new Vampire.

I'm a self admitted Zombie freak. Vampires...not so much. With Twilight running its course, and all of the teenie Vampire shows on TV falling by the waste-side, watch as networks and Hollywood make the Zombie switch. The Walking Dead anyone?

INTERNET/MEDIA

3. Wiki leaks

Wiki leaks almost dominates the current news. People like it. People love the big secret being released. With this, watch as other sites similar to Wiki leaks pop-up and become real popular, real fast. Don't be surprised if Governments and Big Business leak some things themselves...just to avoid another Wiki leak scandal.

SPORTS

4. NBA

Won't be the Heat in the finals. Sorry Lebron. Doesn't really matter who represents the East. It's going to be a Maverick year. Mavericks in 6. Yes...it IS their year.

5. MLB

As much as it pains me to say this...the Redsox in 2011. I know...you're saying "but the Phillies have the best pitching in baseball". Their also getting old, and it's hard to see everyone staying healthy. Phillies/Redsox World Series. Redsox in 7.

6. NFL

Patriots. Easy one. Who cares who their playing (I'm leaning towards the Eagles). Patriots will win this handily.

TECHNOLOGY

7. Video Games (mainly Xbox)

With the Kinetic system in place...and so far being highly disappointing...some genius will make Porn available to the gaming system. Somehow, someway, someone will introduce Xbox to the world of porn. And it will become fairly popular. Porn makes its way into every form of technology...its like sand in a bathing suit.




8. North Korea

It's been long overdue. There WILL be a regime change in North Korea. Don't know how...don't know exactly what month....but it will happen.
